The existing 1950’s fibro clad dwelling was one of the oldest homes in the area, surrounded by modern brick homes. The Designer envisaged a functional and spacious home. The front doorway would be designed to make a statement upon entrance and turn to turn a small, outdated house into an impressive, modern family home.
The three other bedrooms, with their bathroom, would be built in front of the original home to take full advantage of the site and to align the home with the neighbouring dwellings.

The lounge room would have a large glass sliding door to open up to an alfresco area for entertainment. The modern kitchen would include a large walk-in pantry.
